Calla Lily

This yellow orange calla lily at the Botanic Gardens was a gorgeous color and I liked the simple shape it made in repetition.

Star Gazer Lily

This is a star gazer lily - they make a beautiful flower and smell heavenly.  I liked the pastel feeling of the colors in this mandala,  It almost felt like a snowflake, because of the white tips of the petals..

My lilies are getting ready to bloom this one is from last year. I was juried into the 68th Annual Gilpin Arts Show in Central City, which runs from June 7 to August 10th, 2014.
